Industrious is hiring an IT Project Coordinator (6-Month Contract) who will primarily support the deliveryof both new coworking space launches, where possible, and assist on internal IT initiatives acrossIndustrious’ European portfolio. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, communicating acrosscross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical deliverables fromnetworking and AV rollouts in new spaces to internal systems upgrades, software deployments, andprocess improvement projects.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable workingacross diverse regions, vendors, and priorities. You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are deliveredon time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT setup for new coworking locations: networking, AV, access control, printing, and
- security systems.
- Own the project timeline for TechOps deliverables from pre-launch to post-go-live stages.
- Schedule and attend site visits across Europe to oversee IT readiness and installations.
- Prepare and circulate documentation, progress reports, and issue logs.
- Host regular check-ins with stakeholders and vendors to track deliverables and resolve blockers.
- Support procurement planning and logistics coordination for new location tech.
- Work closely with the IT Support team to ensure smooth handoff and post-launch support
- readiness.
- Help enforce tech standards and compliance across markets.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience managing or coordinating technical rollouts across multiple sites.
- Strong project coordination and multitasking capabilities under tight timelines.
- Confident communicator with stakeholders and vendors across diverse cultures.
- Familiarity with AV, access control, Network systems, and Coworking Technology.
- Experience working in real estate, hospitality, or fast-growth multi-site businesses preferred.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to travel across the UK and Europe.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, or equivalent PM tools.
