Salary: £33,592 per annum

Shifts: 4 on / 3 off (Day or Night shifts available)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy parcel packing operation in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of a team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets
• Overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatch of parcels to the highest standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Managing performance, providing coaching, and supporting team development
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure
