Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes.

This is a temp to perm role, paying £30,659.

A fortnightly rotating rota:

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
  • Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4pm

Purpose of the Role:

To provide efficient and professional administrative support to the supply chain function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, communication with suppliers, and maintenance of procurement and inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and proficiency in relevant software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Management
  • Raise and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers.
  • Maintain PO records and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • System & Data Management
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for data entry, order tracking, and supplier information management.
  • Maintain and update supply chain data in Excel spreadsheets with accuracy.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, operations) and external suppliers via email and phone.
  • Resolve basic supplier queries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Administrative Support
  • Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Support reporting needs and ad hoc tasks for the supply chain team.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and stored appropriately.
