- Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£14.95/hr)
Note: Shift hours are fixed and non-negotiable.
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Drivers for a leading 3PL contract logistics operation. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who demonstrate consistent performance and attendance over a 16-week period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs to a high standard
- Perform all FLT duties in a large-scale, fast-paced logistics environment
- Conduct stock movements, pallet handling, and put-aways using RF scanners and WMS (preferably PKMS)
- Ensure product integrity and safety at all times
- Adhere to site safety protocols and company SOPs
- Maintain accurate stock data and follow task instructions using RF guns and warehouse printers
- Support warehouse operations as required
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE valid and in-date Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT licences (in-house assessment will be carried out before start)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-performance, large-scale 3PL logistics environment
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – PKMS preferred
- Experience using RF scanning guns and printers
- A good level of conversational English is highly preferred
- Availability to work Monday to Friday with mandatory availability for Saturday overtime when requested
- Strong attention to detail, high safety standards, and professional work ethic
- The site values mature, experienced and dependable drivers due to the nature of the product handled

- Saturday work may be requested as overtime and is a key requirement of the role
- Candidates must not expect to change shifts, and flexibility to switch between shifts is not possible
