Production Operative – Precision Engineering | NN4, Hardingstone, West Northamptonshire

Industrious Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative to join our client\’s dynamic and skilled precision engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background—or a strong willingness to learn—to step into a role with long-term development potential.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery, tools, and equipment to support efficient manufacturing and assembly processes.

Conduct quality inspections using standard equipment, reporting any concerns to your supervisor.

Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

*

Report equipment faults or downtime issues promptly.

*

Keep your work area clean, tidy, and well-organized.

*

Complete relevant documentation, such as inspection records and job sheets.

Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not essential—we value a great attitude and eagerness to learn!
