Position – Production Operator – Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm to 10pm - Days Rotating Day £13.25 Night shift Sunday To Thursday 10pm to 6am £15.25 Industrious recruitment are currently recruiting for a manufacturing site in Milton Keynes in a growing business, developing a range of skills initially as a Production Operator. As process skills are mastered, the hourly pay increases. Key Responsibilities As a Production Operator Learning to operate manufacturing machinery that includes manual handling and heavy lifting. · Being an active member of a small team striving to hit daily/weekly KPI targets. · Ensuring that the products meet our high-quality standards. · Ensuring your working environment is safe, clean, and tidy. · Following company health and safety procedures. Key skills and attributes: · A desire to work hard to develop a career in Packaging. · An belief that you can make a difference! · Committed to helping the company continue its success. · A strong desire to improve your own skillset. · An ability to work to high standards with minimum supervision · Physically you may be expected to lift up-to 20 kilograms at any one time. Once perm:- The basic annual leave entitlement is 20 working days plus 8 statutory holidays. Additional holidays are based on length of service up to a maximum of 25 days. Employee Benefits Membership of the Group Life Insurance Scheme and the Personal Pension Plan after 3 months. Annual profit share bonus – based on last year this was on average £800 per person. This can vary dependent on your performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £13.25-£15.25 per hour
