About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy production team. You will play an important role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced working environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily production tasks to meet targets and deadlines * Operate machinery and equipment safely following training and instructions * Carry out basic quality checks and report any faults or issues * Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch * Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area * Handle materials and stock as required * Follow all health and safety procedures at all times Person Specification * Good attention to detail * Ability to work well as part of a team * Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks * Physically able to carry out manual duties and stand for periods * Reliable with good timekeeping * Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided * Willing to work rotational shifts
