Production Operative Industrious Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a Production Operative role on a continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am). This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive production environment. No previous production experience is required – full training will be provided – but any relevant experience will be an advantage. Above all, we are looking for candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
