Overview
Industrious Recruitment are looking for a Multiskilled Technician to join a team at our Milton Keynes based Client.
This is a hands-on role where you\’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting our production operations. The role is 70% mechanical and 30% electrical. We are looking for candidates with a solid mechanical competency but also a minimum level of electrical qualification.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Work on both mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, etc.) and electrical systems (panel work, fault finding, wiring, testing)
- Support continuous improvement and ensure downtime is kept to a minimum
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and reliable operation
What We\’re Looking For
- Mechanical competency (apprenticeship, hands-on industry experience, or equivalent)
- Electrical qualification such as: Level 2 Electrical Testing; Level 3 Electrical; 18th/19th Edition
- Ability to work with electrical panels (this is not small-component electrical work)
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to move from days to rotating shifts in the future
