Industrious Recruitment is looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting commercial growth and strengthening the clients brand across the UK and Europe.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and scientific subject matter experts, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity, from campaign execution and content creation through to digital marketing, events and marketing operations.

- Marketing & Campaigns
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support lead generation and commercial marketing activity.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data and insights to identify improvements.
- Content & Communications
- Create engaging content for the website, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social media, presentations and sales collateral.
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
- Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar.
- Support internal communications and wider brand activity.
- Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update the website.
- Upload and optimise website content, supporting SEO and AEO activity.
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns using Hub Spot.
- Monitor website, email and campaign analytics and report on performance.
- Brand & Design
- Create high-quality marketing materials using Canva.
- Ensure all marketing activity is consistent with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate external designers and agencies when required.
- Help maintain a strong and consistent brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Events
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, conferences, webinars and customer events.
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, promotional materials and communications.
- Support colleagues attending events with presentations and marketing collateral.
- Review event performance and identify opportunities to improve future activity.
- CRM, Reporting & Budget
- Support the ongoing development and management of Hub Spot CRM.
- Work closely with Sales on lead generation and campaign activity.
- Produce reports demonstrating campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage day-to-day marketing expenditure, purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor campaign spend and ensure activity remains within agreed budgets.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Sales, Operations, Science and the wider business.
- Work with external agencies, designers, printers and other suppliers.
About you
We're looking for a proactive and commercially focused marketer who enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through from idea to delivery.
You'll ideally have
Previous experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally at Marketing Manager or similar level.
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Experience managing social media, email marketing and websites.
Experience using Hub Spot or a similar CRM/marketing platform.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
Experience organising exhibitions, conferences or other events.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A commercial mindset and an understanding of lead generation and marketing ROI.
The ability to understand and communicate technical or scientific information clearly would be highly advantageous
