We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to work within a busy warehouse and distribution environment. The role requires a high standard of FLT operation, reliability, and flexibility to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of warehouse duties
- Moving, storing, and picking stock accurately
- Using warehouse systems to complete tasks
- Operating RF scanning equipment
- Following all health & safety and site procedures
- Supporting overtime requirements when needed
Essential Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences
- Strong experience operating Reach Trucks
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Availability to work Saturdays as overtime when required
Desirable
- Basic to good conversational English
- Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations
