Job Title: Manual Handler Location: MK17 Salary: £12.21 per hour Shifts: Monday to Friday * 6:00am – 2:30pm * 2:30pm – 10:00pm About the Role Industrious is recruiting for Manual Handlers to join a busy production facility in MK17 that specialises in the manufacture of kegs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting the production process through the safe movement and handling of materials, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Safely loading, unloading, and moving kegs and materials within the facility * Assisting with the flow of goods on and off the production line * Ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised * Following health and safety procedures at all times * Supporting machine operators and other team members when required * Reporting any damages, faults, or issues to supervisors Requirements * Previous experience in a manual handling, warehouse, or production role (preferred, but not essential) * Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and movement * Strong attention to safety and quality standards * Ability to work well in a team environment * Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts Benefits * Competitive hourly pay of £12.21 * Monday to Friday shifts * Training and ongoing support provided * Opportunity for long-term, stable work
