The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Lead to lead and shape international marketing activity across multiple markets. Working closely with global commercial teams, you will define direction, guide execution and ensure delivery of impactful, insight-led marketing activity across regions. This role is key to strengthening international brand presence and supporting sustainable commercial growth across both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the global marketing strategy across multiple regions
  • Drive consistent brand presence across international campaigns, communications and events
  • Lead on global exhibitions and international event activity
  • Work closely with commercial teams to support market expansion and growth
  • Provide clear briefs and direction to the wider marketing team
  • Ensure all marketing activity is aligned, high quality and commercially focused
  • Use insight and performance data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Adapt marketing approaches to suit different regional and cultural markets

About You

  • Strong experience in international/global marketing roles
  • Proven experience delivering global campaigns and exhibitions
  • Strong B2B background, with some B2C exposure desirable
  • Commercially focused with experience supporting market growth across regions
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to work across international teams
  • Strong analytical and insight-led approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Events or related field
