We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative with experience using CAD software to support our warehouse and production operations. In addition to general warehouse duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing product images and technical drawings using CAD tools to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, goods-in, goods-out, stock control, and general housekeeping.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
- Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) to analyse product images, technical drawings, and design files.
- Compare CAD data with physical products to identify discrepancies or potential issues.
- Support the production and quality teams by providing accurate measurements, annotations, and visual reports using CAD tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems with relevant product or stock information.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, or scanners (training can be provided where necessary).
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in CAD software for analysing and interpreting images, drawings, or 3D models.
