Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA Driver / Manual Handler to join a busy distribution warehouse in the Leighton Buzzard area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently, moving stock throughout the warehouse, and supporting the wider warehouse operation with manual handling duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Moving and storing stock in designated locations.
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting goods.
  • Carrying out manual handling duties, including moving parts and products that can be heavy.
  • Picking, organising, and replenishing stock as required.
  • Supporting general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Following all company health and safety procedures.

About You

  • You must hold a valid accredited VNA licence.
  • Previous VNA experience is essential.
  • Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties and moving heavier parts.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
