We are currently recruiting for a Line Operative to join a busy and growing production team based in Leighton Buzzard. This is a hands-on role working on a packing line, where you will be responsible for packing a variety of products, from bulk packs through to retail-ready items, ensuring all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Duties will include:
- Packing products from a production line
- Carrying out quality checks on finished goods
- Labelling, repacking and assembling products where required
- Ensuring products are packed to customer specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous production, packing, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
