Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Leighton Buzzard Location: Leighton Buzzard Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm Position: Full-Time Pay: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing operation in Leighton Buzzard. Our client specialises in packaging and fulfilment services for a range of well-known businesses, and they are looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to support the smooth running of their warehouse. Key Responsibilities: * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading deliveries * Moving stock and materials around the warehouse * Loading and unloading pallets * Supplying materials to the relevant areas of the operation * Supporting the warehouse team with general duties when required * Ensuring all goods are moved and stored safely * Following all health & safety procedures About You: * Valid and relevant Counterbalance FLT licence * Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a busy warehouse environment * Confident loading and unloading vehicles * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Good awareness of health & safety * Comfortable working as part of a wider warehouse team What’s on Offer: * Monday to Friday working hours * 7:30am – 4:30pm * Full-time, ongoing position * Opportunity to work within a busy and established operation * Potential for long-term progression for the right candidate If you're an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role in Leighton Buzzard, we'd love to hear from you
