Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Installation / Service Manager to lead and develop a growing service, maintenance, and installation function. This is a key role focused on driving profitable service revenue, managing nationwide installation projects, and building a reliable subcontractor network. You will take full ownership of projects from order through to client sign-off, ensuring high standards of delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service & Installation Management
    • Oversee all service, maintenance, and installation activities from order to completion
    • Manage rollout programmes requiring installation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
    • Develop and implement call-out procedures for service contracts
    • Conduct site surveys and produce installation specifications
  • Commercial & Sales Support
    • Support and contribute to the growth of service and maintenance contract sales
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify and develop opportunities
    • Lead pricing and cost negotiations to ensure profitability
  • Subcontractor Management
    • Build and manage a UK-wide network of subcontractors
    • Oversee subcontractor performance, onboarding, and training
    • Ensure work is delivered to required quality and compliance standards
