We are looking for a customer-focused Haematology Application Specialist to provide expert technical support, training, and application expertise across the UK and Ireland.

This field-based role involves supporting customers with the installation, verification, and optimisation of haematology analysers, delivering high-quality training, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, verify, and support haematology instrumentation at customer sites.
  • Deliver customer training both onsite, remotely, and at company training facilities.
  • Provide telephone and remote technical support, resolving application-related queries.
  • Assist with software upgrades, instrument configuration, and application updates.
  • Support technical investigations alongside Technical Managers and Field Service Engineers.
  • Maintain accurate service records, CRM updates, and quality documentation.
  • Create and update training materials, SOPs, webinars, and competency programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and professional support.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in haematology diagnostics or laboratory applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence.
