About the Role
Industrious is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site based in the beautiful Cotswolds. Production takes place alongside a busy farm shop, where fresh, high-quality ingredients are prepared for leading retailers such as Waitrose and M&S. This is a great opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals to join a friendly, supportive team in a rewarding production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cutting fresh vegetables for soups and other products
- Weighing, portioning, and packaging items according to customer specifications (e.g., for Waitrose and M&S)
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
- Following food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively to meet daily production targets
