Shifts Available AM – Monday to Thursday 5am to 2pm & Saturday 5am to 5pm PM – Monday to Thursday 2pm to 11pm & Sunday 5am to 5pm Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established food company based in Ashland, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a reputable business, offering ongoing work and potential career progression. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a ‘can-do’ attitude who work well both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and monitor the production line to ensure efficient and consistent output * Pack, label, and prepare food products to quality and hygiene standards * Carry out regular quality checks on products and report any defects * Operate machinery safely and in line with company training and procedures * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area * Follow all health and safety and food hygiene regulations * Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets * Assist with stock replenishment and movement of materials as required Ideal Candidate: * A strong team player with a proactive attitude * Willingness to learn and take on new tasks * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Previous experience in food production (preferred but not essential)
