Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver Location: Magna Park, Milton Keynes Shifts: 3 on / 3 off (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00) Pay: * First 4 weeks: £14.50/hour * After 4 weeks: £12.41/hour + 35% uplift (£16.76/hour total) Agency: Industrious Recruitment About the Role We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers for a busy soft drinks manufacturer in Magna Park. Working in the Goods In department, you will be responsible for loading/unloading containers and working to tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Load/unload inbound and outbound containers * Operate FLT safely and efficiently * Communicate using walkie-talkie systems * Work independently with minimal supervision * Maintain site safety and standards Requirements * Valid, in-date Counterbalance licence (refresher available on-site) * Minimum 1 year of recent FLT experience * Clear spoken and written English essential * Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Potential for Reach Truck training later Onboarding Process 1.
