Industrious Recruitment is recruiting for a Digital Nurse to support the NHS Trust with the development and implementation of there new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project ensuring clinical engagement at all level of the project. Main Responsibilities: * Providing strong, visible, clinical leadership, energising, inspiring and empowering nurses and AHPs in pursuit of a shared vision to ensure the effective and safe delivery of services through the use of technology. * Being an active member of the Trusts professional groups using the eight principles of what good digital transformation looks like for nursing to support the clinical community. * Driving engagement within clinical areas to ensure staff are fully supported to use technology in clinical practice. * Promoting a better understanding of how professionals can work to support patients and individuals to access appropriate services. * Providing relevant clinical expertise in current and future state functionality and design. * Reviewing design and workflows from a clinical safety perspective, identifying any potential hazard, putting forward mitigation and control suggestions to mitigate these. * Being an active member of the digital clinical safety team. * Contributing to and supporting digital clinical safety activities when needed. * Using evidence based and reflective practice to influence practice acting as a change agent and a professional resource for the nursing and wider clinical staff at ward level, whilst ensuring the delivery of national digital and local standards and objectives. * Acting as a liaison and facilitation between the EPR project and clinical teams, specifically nursing / AHP teams. * Challenging in a positive manner, current working practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement. * Undertaking activities that arise during the EPR programme i.e. reviewing materials, seeking clarification from colleagues; contacting professional bodies. * Providing input concerning Nursing / AHP national standards and requirements which need to be considered for the project. Skills Required: * Able to interpret data and present information to a wide range of individuals. * Contribute constructively to project group by offering views based on experience and knowledge. * Ability to work independently with effective time management skills. * Act on own initiative to deal with contentious and sensitive issues. * Identify areas of low engagement and identify mechanisms for improvement. * Ensure that any data collection is conducted according to national and local policies and guidelines. * Manage own workload and timetable under the supervision of the Digital Head of Nursing. * Familiarity with DCB0160 and DCB0129 standards. * Current clinical professional registration (e.g., NMC or HCPC) Required
