Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods
- Transport materials to and from storage areas, loading bays, and production lines
- Ensure all goods are handled safely and securely
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Good understanding of warehouse operations
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work rotational shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
