Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver Location: Wolverton, Milton Keynes Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotational Shifts: * 6:00am – 2:00pm * 2:00pm – 10:00pm Pay Rate: £14.64 per hour About the Role: Industrious is resourcing for reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with consistent weekday shifts and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities: * Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance Forklift * Loading and unloading vehicles * Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse * Supporting stock rotation and other general warehouse duties * Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times Requirements: * Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) * Previous experience working in a warehouse environment * Ability to work rotational shifts (AM & PM) * Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices Benefits: * £14.64 per hour * Ongoing Monday to Friday shifts – no weekends * Weekly pay through Industrious * Supportive working environment * Opportunity for long-term employment
