Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for customer breakdowns and service contracts.
- Perform diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on control systems, robotics, and automation equipment.
- Support in-house project work including PLC programming, commissioning, and electrical integration.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide remote and emergency support.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence required.
