This is a field-based commercial opportunity to manage and grow an established sales territory for a global manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical components. You will focus on managing existing accounts and driving new business with engineering-led organisations across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new business with OEMs and EMS providers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers.
- Support customers with design-in opportunities and project engagement.
- Track projects from initial discussion to production.
- Provide accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
- Work with internal teams to support customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling electronic components.
- Background in field sales, account management, or business development.
- Ability to engage with engineering and procurement contacts.
- Experience developing business within existing and new accounts.
- Strong organisational, planning, and territory management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Based in or around Oxford, Aylesbury, or Milton Keynes.
