This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to play an active role in growing a business. Working directly with Directors, you will gain exposure across business development, account management, commercial activity, operations, project coordination, and business improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop relationships with existing customers and support account management activities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Support quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate projects alongside internal teams and subcontractors.
- Review existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support workflow optimisation, reporting, and business documentation.
- Work closely with Directors on strategic business projects.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities at the same time.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Experience within construction, property, facilities management, or building maintenance would be beneficial.
