We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established injection moulding manufacturer based in Corby. This is a permanent weekend day shift position, with the option to pick up additional hours during the week if desired.
Location: Corby
Shift: Weekend Days: Saturday & Sunday β 06:00 to 18:00 (Β£13.50 per hour)
Additional Hours: Optional shifts available
All hours paid
Duties:
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines
- Unload finished products and perform basic quality checks
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
- Report any faults or production issues to the relevant team
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
The ideal candidate must:
- Have experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
- Be reliable and committed to working consistent weekend day shifts
- Have strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach
- Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks
- Be open to picking up additional weekday shifts (optional)
