Impact Recruitment is hiring an Inventory Controller / Van Driver for a well-established client operating across the South Coast and West Sussex. This is a hands-on, varied role offering early finishes, long weekends, and genuine autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road and taking ownership of their day.
You will cover sites across Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Brighton, ensuring stock is delivered, replenished, and managed accurately.

- Monitoring inventory levels and carrying out regular stock checks
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies

- Completing delivery notes, mileage forms, and inventory records
- Reporting any damages, shortages, or issues promptly
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships on-site
- Monday - Wednesday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
- Thursday: 4:00am - 1:30pm
- Friday: Always off
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Aged 21 or over (insurance requirement)
- Confident in a customer-facing role
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Happy to travel across multiple sites
