No firing out bland messages hoping something lands. If you're good on the phone and like speaking to people, this is where you earn well. With recruitment experience, you may be able to fast track that. Market-leading CRM Full tech stack for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates Business development on the phone and face to face If you need a KPI to tell you to pick up the phone, this probably isn't a great fuit. Experienced team around you, low staff turnover, and people who actually help each other out. Confident on the phone Commercial recruitment experience helps, but not essential Organised enough to manage multiple roles/projects properly If you back yourself on the phone and want a role where the earnings reflect the effort, you'll do well here.
