Impact Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business offering long-term stability and development opportunities.
Role: Extrusion Operator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Safely operate manufacturing machinery in line with company procedures
- Load machines with materials and remove finished products
- Set and adjust machine controls, including start-up and shutdown procedures
- Monitor production output and machine performance
- Identify, record, and report defects, non-conformances, and production failures
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Previous machine operator experience required.
Permanent full-time opportunity with a growing business. Salary increase to £35,000 once fully trained. Stable Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends. Training and development opportunities available.
