Impact Recruitment are recruiting for our client, a market leading manufacturing business with over 60 years of existence, supplying cabling & echains to various industries. We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join their team based in Northampton. If you are seeking a Temp to Perm opportunity within this market leading manufacturing environment, then this is the role for you.
Shift & Pay Rates:
- Monday to Wednesday, 18: £16.15/hour up to 36 hours, with Overtime paid at £24.22/hour

As the Ideal candidate you will be expected to:
- Have previous experience soldering
- Have previous experience with manual and machine crimps
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately and safely
- Support the general production activities when required during busy periods
- Desire to work in line with the company values
- Experience with quality checking and inspection of defects
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions with minimised errors
