We are looking to recruit 2 x Warehouse Operatives in the Despatch area, for our prestigious client based in Swan Valley, NN4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global clothing brand at their Northampton distribution centre.

PAY:
- £12.71 per hour up to 40 hours (paid 30 Minute lunch) with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
- £12.71/hr for hours worked between 07.00am-18.00pm
- £14.62/hr for hours worked between 18.00pm-22.00pm (Enhanced Evening rate)
- £19.07/hr after 40hrs worked
- After 40 hours - Saturday 1200pm onwards and Sunday - £25.42 per hour (Overtime Rate)
HOURS:
- Rotating shift pattern as follows - You MUST be able to work all of the below:
- Week 1 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- Week 2 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
- Week 3 - 14:00pm-22:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)

JOB DUTIES & PERSON SPEC:
- Unloading boxes on the conveyor onto courier vehicles or onto pallets.
- Manual handling boxes up to 20kgs and labelling for despatch.
- Inputting load quantities and courier name onto spreadsheet on PC.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
- Good attention for detail and accuracy is required.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Multi-skilled across goods in/out, dispatch, VAS returns and pick/pack departments.
