ROLE: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00
BASIC SALARY:
06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 – £15.14 per hour (40 Hours – All breaks Paid)
22:00-06:00 – £15.62 per hour (40 Hours – All breaks Paid)
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Lots of overtime available paid at X1.5 and X2. Temp to perm opportunities. All breaks paid, opportunities for training and progression.

We are recruiting counterbalance forklift drivers on a temp to perm basis. If you\’re a motivated individual who\’s not afraid of physical work, this could be the right opportunity for you. To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with an excellent work ethic.
In this counterbalance forklift driver role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the Counterbalance and using other MHE
- Assisting other departments
- Optimising space utilisation
- Manual banding, strapping and moving materials around the warehouse
- Working in a safe manner and adhering to all health and safety standards
To be successful in this counterbalance forklift role, you must:
- Hold a valid counterbalance forklift certificate
- Be physically fit and happy to do physical work
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
