Due to continued business growth, our client is recruiting for a Regional Construction Manager to play a key part of their technical support & project management team. With their head office based in Northampton, you will be provided a company vehicle to manage projects around the South West region remotely with a requirement to visit sites within your region.

On offer is the opportunity to join an established UK organisation with a strong team working around you.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management where you will lead and manage incoming construction projects.
  • Providing regular progress updates in weekly team meetings to various departments.
  • Act as the primary contact for all technical site queries for your designated clients.
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients and contractors for all sites.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee live sites, conducting surveys pre-, during, and post-installation.
  • Manage sub-contractors to ensure progress and quality standards are met.
  • Attend site sign-off meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Ensure all Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Site Visit Reports are completed for each project.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to manage budgets and understand project profitability.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects across office and site environments.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Field-based role with occasional overnight stays (fully funded by the company).
