Warehouse Operative ITS are one of the largest independent power & hand tool suppliers in the UK with a hugely successful on-line presence, and retail operation with ambitious plans for future growth and development. Our distribution centre is based in Harlow and has great facilities and parking. The company prides itself on its strong work ethic, friendly and sociable atmosphere with a management structure who are supportive and keen to encourage internal progression. Dedicated and hard-working, our warehouse team are the backbone of ITS. Whether ensuring all of our customer orders are dispatched on time, processing the thousands of products we receive every day or making sure our stock is accurate our warehouse team do it with a smile!
The Role
- Ensure customers' orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently
- Picking stock for transfers to our retail stores
- Processing internal stock movement in 'Bulk to Pick' replenishments
- Stock taking and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancies
The Candidate
- Be driven with a desire to progress and achieve
- Take pride in their work, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Be a good communicator; highlighting issues and working well within the warehouse team
- No experience necessary as full training will be provided
The warehouse is 152,000 sq ft so the role will involve a lot of walking and will require the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Hours
Full Time Working Monday - Friday 13:00–22:00 (Weekend shifts are available)
Pay
£12.90 - £15.60 per hour plus a £125 per month unsociable hours supplement
