We currently have fantastic opportunities for an experienced Team Leader who feels ready to take the next step to develop their career, as part of the team within our NEW ITS Trade counter and Showroom which is open in Dagenham.
The Role
- To support both the Branch and Assistant Branch Manager in the everyday running of the Trade Counter.
- To ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
- To be that buddy and escalation point for all Retail Sales Assistants within the store whether that be training or complaint handling.
- Maximising sales opportunities through ongoing training, high standards of merchandising and great stock control procedures.
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders who have:
- Experience in managing and motivating a team.
- The ability to work as a valuable team leader actively supporting others and having a flexible can-do attitude.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Teamwork skills and a desire to help others.
- Experience within a customer-facing environment.
- A knowledge of power tools and DIY products.
- A keen interest in the products that we sell.
- Motivated and able to use initiative.
- A pleasant, helpful and optimistic outlook.
- Able to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in going the extra mile.
Pay rate £13.99 per hour. We have a Full-time position available working shifts between the hours of 6.45am-8pm across 7 days a week. If you think you have the drive and passion to excel in this role and have the appropriate skills and experience we would love to hear from you.
ITS offer a range of benefits including 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank holidays) which increases with length of service up to 33 days.
