The Role
- Support both the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in the everyday running of the Trade Counter.
- Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed and act as the buddy and escalation point for all Retail Sales Assistants, providing training and complaint handling.
- Maximise sales opportunities through ongoing training, high standards of merchandising and efficient stock control procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in managing and motivating a team.
