We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand towards being a household name. This is a hands-on, in-house role for someone who lives and breathes digital advertising, enjoys moving fast, and wants real ownership over campaigns that actually make an impact. We’re a fast-paced business, and we’re growing quickly! This role suits someone proactive, switched on, and not afraid to get stuck in. In this role, you would be working alongside our dynamic and talented design and content teams. You will lay the foundation of a digital marketing department as we continue to establish our presence.
What’s the Job?
- Plan, execute, and optimise advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage paid digital campaigns across platforms, including Meta and Google.
- Work closely with our external digital marketing agency to ensure targets are aligned, and performance is on point.
- Create and adapt content in line with current digital marketing best practices and trends.
- Produce proposals for digital advertising campaigns and report on performance to guide future decisions.
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into clear actions.
- Keep the business up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll have the freedom to test ideas, refine strategies, and help shape how we present ourselves.
What’s Required?
- Proven experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Understanding of Google Search Console.
- Previous history in Retail Marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills with solid attention to detail.
- Good time management and the ability to juggle multiple platforms/campaigns.

This role is a full-time, office-based role in Harlow, Essex. Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience). Office-based - No Remote Working Available. Must be able to commute and work in our Harlow Office 5 days a week.
