ITS are one of the largest independent power & hand tool suppliers in the UK with a hugely successful online presence and a retail operation with ambitious plans for future growth and development. We currently have fantastic opportunities for experienced Sales Assistants who feel ready to take the next step to develop their career, as part of the team within our ITS Trade counter and Showroom located in our store in Chelmsford.
We are looking for talented individuals with:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Teamwork skills and a desire to help others
- Experience within a customer facing environment
- A knowledge of power tools and DIY products (or a keen interest to learn!)
- Motivated and able to use initiative
- A pleasant, helpful and optimistic outlook
- Able to work in a busy fast‑paced environment
Pay rate: £12.44 per hour
Full‑time positions are available with working shifts between the hours of 6.45 am and 8 pm across 7 days a week.
Benefits:
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank holidays) which increases with length of service up to 33 days
