Responsibilities
- All activities associated with spray painting
- Achieving required levels of quality and efficiency
- Ensure Manufacturing Processes and safe working practices are adhered to during the process
- Monitoring and reporting all aspect of process performance with any non-conformance being reported immediately to the Business Unit Manager, Flow Coordinator and/or Team Leader
- Maintaining appropriate records required
- The cleanliness of the working areas and equipment
- Constructive contributions to the team so as to ensure continuous improvement
- Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework
- The scheduling of paint mixes to meet line requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have good organisational ability, must be focused on safety
- Need to be a trade sprayer externally
- Have a spraying knowledge (high quality standard)
- Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework
