We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and driven Administrator to join our client Cranswick, based in Cullybackey. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced and growing business. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective admin support where necessary.
- Ensuring adequate stationery on site.
- Arranging site travel.
- Utilise Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed.
- Ad hoc projects and duties as appropriate.
- To always act in the best interest of Cranswick Country Foods.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C/Equivalent qualification, to include English and Maths.
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge/experience of Microsoft NAV.
