Industrial Temporaries are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment/Business development Consultant to join their Coventry team. The role presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop into a Management position. The successful candidate must have 3 years previous recruitment sales experience and a proven sales track record in B to B sales. The benefits include: • Excellent basic salary of £30,000 to £45,000 • Uncapped commission scheme • Excellent career progression opportunities • Company pension and healthcare scheme Duties will include: • Generating sales leads, by mapping the area using online research/Linkedin and company database • Cold calling leads with a view to converting them onto prospects and moving them through the sales cycle • Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings • Listening to and understanding customer requirements • Planning and preparing sales presentations using MS Power Point • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs You will need to be self-motivated with a hunger for success.
