Immediate starts available! Industrial Temporaries are recruiting for Night Production Operative on behalf of an extremely well-established client based in Coventry. The company is focused on the production and distribution of meats for the British wholesale market. There are strong values within the business that has a philosophy of care, responsibility and compliance in everything they do. A positive work attitude is more important than experience for this role.
Day to Day Duties:
- Moving stock to various locations
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Aiding other departments when needed
- Picking & Packing of Meat (Burgers)
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times
- Ability to work at pace
- Working in a refrigerated environment
The ideal candidate:
- Happy and able to work in chilled/cold environment
- Physically fit, no issues with some heavy lifting
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work well in a team but also independently
- Have good spoken/written English
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
HOURS OF WORK: 8:00pm to 4:00am
DAYS OF WORK: Monday and Friday (x2 days, 15hrs a week)
Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour
