Production Operative in Coventry

Industrial Temporaries are recruiting for Packers on behalf of an extremely well established client based in Coventry. The company is focused on the production and distribution of meats for the British wholesale market. A positive work attitude is more important than experience for this role. Day to Day Duties: * Helping to clean down at the end of each day * Workin on a production line * Vacum packing meat (using a machine) * Moving stock * Picking & Packing of Meats. * Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times. * Ability to work at pace. * Working in a refrigerated environment. The ideal candidate: * Happy and able to work in chilled/cold environment. * Good attention to detail. * Good communicational skills. * Able to work well in a team but also independently. * Have good spoken / written English. * Have a positive \’can do\’ attitude. * Comfortable working in a cold environment. Onsite training will be provided for this role. Hours: * Monday to Friday 07:30am to finish (16:00-17:00). Pay: * £12.21 per hour basic with £16.65 overtime.
