ISS provides both new and fully reconditioned units, alongside a wide range of workshop services such as dynamic balancing, welding, and machining. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cumbernauld for a Field Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, including high speed separators, decanters, and plate heat exchangers. Core duties include conducting routine servicing, performing installations, and providing after-sales support for clients across a diverse range of industries. Travel to client locations, both domestically and internationally, may be required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for centrifugal separation or heat exchange equipment.
- Expertise in Field Service operations, including Maintenance and Repair of mechanical and industrial machinery.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Relevant technical qualifications in engineering or mechanics are preferred.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client work as necessary throughout UK, Ireland and occasionally worldwide.
- Full driving license required.
