We are currently recruiting for a CNC Milling Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, hardworking, and looking to build a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing. Previous CNC experience is beneficial, but this role would also suit a candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
You will be working on day shifts, Monday to Friday, within a supportive and professional environment where training and development are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and components
- Monitor machine performance and quality of finished parts
- Read and follow engineering drawings and job instructions
- Carry out basic machine checks and routine maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets
