Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd are recruiting for a Hygiene Operator in the food manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company who specialise in the development of coatings, mixtures and marinades for the food industry. The role will start with 1 week of training on days, before moving onto a permanent night shift.
Hours
- Training: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00
- After training: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00
Pay
- Training rate: £12.71 per hour
- Night shift rate: £14.46 per hour
Job Duties
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of production lines, machinery and equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site
- Completing cleaning paperwork accurately and on time
- Following hygiene procedures and health & safety regulations
- Carrying out regular checks to ensure standards are being met
- Working as part of a team to keep the production environment clean and safe
Requirements
- Previous hygiene or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Food manufacturing experience would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and able to work night shifts
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to complete training and develop within the role
