Industrial Recruitment Solutions (IRS) are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant new office – and we’re offering a role that’s as fast-paced and varied as it is rewarding! We’re a specialist provider of temporary and contract labour solutions across a wide range of industries, and we’re growing. What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days will ever be the same! Your tasks will include:

  • Reaching out to new clients and promoting our services
  • Attending face-to-face client meetings
  • Creating and sending out marketing campaigns
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Managing incoming calls and handling reception duties
  • Booking staff into shifts and liaising with clients
  • Collating timesheets and maintaining accurate records
  • Day-to-day admin including scanning, emailing, and updating our database

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • A people-person who’s not afraid to pick up the phone or meet face-to-face
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to assist with out-of-hours service on an ad hoc basis

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
  • Early finishes when your work’s done
  • Additional flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours support
