We are recruiting for a Technical Analyst to join a leading manufacturer within the food coating industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for food quality and safety. Working as part of the Technical team, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer specifications, food safety standards and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
- Perform laboratory testing and product analysis in line with company procedures.
- Record, monitor and report test results accurately.
- Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis where required.
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications and food safety standards.
- Assist with product trials and validation activities.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure testing areas are kept clean and organised.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing technical documentation and records.
- Work closely with Production, Technical and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
